A throwback to those days when everybody had time to watch CLOY, this kimchi marks the days when we were finally able to source produce from our farmers in Mountain Province during the ECQ, so we like this kimchi a lot. Sentimental reasons aside, this kimchi uses only organic highlands and lowland produce made the traditional way using Korean pepper porridge. 

Ingredients: Any combination of organic highlands wombok, radishes, leeks, yacon, and carrots, lowland leafy greens, ginger, garlic, Korean pepper flakes, rice flour, muscovado or coconut sugar, sea salt, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. 

This product is vegan.
