Condiment Pack

Bring health and a happy belly with a condiment pack. With the aim to make cooking easier, these mixes and sauces are go-to items you can use to season those special Christmas dishes. You can cook in community with our partner farmers - we always prioritize using their organic herbs and spices in these bottled goods.

Each pack contains the following:

• One (1) 150g Habanero Hot Sauce
  Spicy, umami-rich habanero hot sauce made with lacto-fermented habanero peppers from our farmers in Benguet and Mt. Province naturally sweetened with lacto-fermented seasonal fruits.
  Ingredients: organic habanero pepppers, sea salt, filtered water, seasonal organic fruits
  
  
• One (1) 180g Spiced Miso
  An all-around, probiotic-rich Spiced Miso offers a base for your soups, sauces, and marinades. Although it does contain szechuan peppers and spices, this chili-oil miso paste is not spicy. This tasty concoction will have you reaching for it often in your kitchen. A favorite recipe of ours is to simply mix with peanut butter for a quick and rich sauce.  
  Ingredients: organic miso, organic onion leeks, olive oil, sunflower oil, sesame seeds, garlic, organic ginger, organic coconut vinegar, organic preserved orange/lemon/calamansi, star anise, cloves, szechuan peppercorns, black peppercorns, cinnamon, bay leaves, organic siling panigang, organic five spice powder
  
  
• One (1) 280g GG Mix
  GG Mix keeps chef happy with its convenience and thoughtfully curated ingredients. Satisfies the health conscious by keeping MSG out of the kitchen, using fresh, local, organic ingredients instead. Save that limited, valuable time this holiday and let us do the tedious work of chopping the seasonings for you!  
  Ingredients: organic onion leeks, garlic, organic ginger, olive oil, sunflower oil, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, Zambales sea salt, black pepper

All put together in a pandan woven bayong.

Mechanics for Direct Delivery to Recipient

1. Under shipping address, kindly write down the delivery address of the receipient of your gift, and person to contact for delivery and confirmation of order. Delivery fee is P150 for this item. Additional rates apply for areas outside our standard coverage.

2. To make it to our weekly Thursday delivery, your payment must be processed by 6PM the Monday before. Otherwise delivery will be made the next Thursday. If you wish to have this delivered on another Thursday / Saturday, kindly indicate the date in the notes / special instructions section upon checkout and we'll get back to you with confirmation.
                                     

3. If you would like to send a note with your farm share, please have it written in the notes / special instructions section upon checkout and we will have this handwritten for you.

4. Want to send it as a surprise? Please let us know and indicate your contact details instead in the notes / special instructions section upon checkout.

5. Looking to make more people merry? You can send this gift to multiple people by listing their contact names, mobile numbers and addresses in the notes / special instructions section instead upon checkout. We will bill you the additional delivery fee per address once we've received the order.
